Steps to follow :

1. Select the fiber(s) of your choice in the right quantity;
2. Pay the bill;
3. Send an email to petitelouves@hotmail.com including the following details:

• In subject: Order number
• Files to print (WeTransfer or OneDrive link)
• Detailed printing information to make, as follows:
• Fiber name / File name / Quantity to print

What there is to know:

• Files sent are used as is. It is your responsibility to ensure that the size of the patterns is as desired.
• Files must be 300DPI
• The color of the fabrics may vary from the photo of the design that we see. Each screen has its own display and colors.
• Color and color definition may vary from fiber to fiber due to fiber composition.
• We are not responsible for errors on the part of the supplier
• No refunds or exchanges will be eligible after the order is placed.
• For any surplus produced by the supplier, Petites Louves Textiles is free to use or sell the surplus in the sole and unique case that you do not wish to buy it.
• Petites louves textiles undertakes to destroy your files immediately after printing them since they belong to you.
• Here are the fibers directly printed in Quebec:
• Swim with SPF
• DBP
• AWJ
• Boardshorts
• 100% cotton

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is the concept in which you are the absolute master of what is in your final basket. Both in terms of quantity and fiber.

How it works ?

1. Each month, a pre-order period takes place most of the time between the 1st and 15th of the month. You will find a variety of carefully selected designs, so order the ones you like best, in the fiber and quantity of your choice.
2. Once the pre-order period is over, the orders received leave for printing at the suppliers.
3. It takes about 6 to 8 weeks from the end date of pre-orders before receiving your fabrics at home, depending on the traffic and the time of year.
4. When orders are received a few weeks later, they are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.

It's simple: you can have the design YOU want in the quantity YOU decide and in the fiber YOU choose. In-stock fabrics are not offered in all fibers, but mostly in the most popular ones. If you want to control all the parameters for a tailor-made sewing project, pre-ordering is your thing!
